Through a combination of savvy sales, leadership training and team building; smart, lean and efficient back-office systems; insightful personnel management; highly effective communication skills; and a keen sense of marketing and financial opportunities, he raised his companies to the next tier of success.
Adam Weiss has held full-time positions such as Director of Food and Beverage at the prestigious American Museum of Natural History, CEO and President of the Glazier Group’s Bridgewaters catering operation, and CEO of Sonnier & Castle, a luxury off-premise caterer serving Manhattan’s top tier clientele.
With his passion for hospitality and culinary trends, as well as his strong business relationships with industry leadership, event producers and luxury caterers throughout the region, Mr. Weiss has a reputation for bringing creativity, innovation and a wealth of experience to each new undertaking.
Whether he is walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain, cycling the Boston to NY Aids Ride, co-leading international yoga retreats with his wife Laura, or being a contributing writer to Men’s Journal on creating Organic Gardens, Adam believes that being a creative contributor to the larger community supports his approach to business.
