Duane Park Patisserie, located in Tribeca, is owned and operated by renowned Pastry Chef Madeline Lanciani. Madeline’s achievements include; the first female chef ever hired at the Plaza Hotel, as well as a Chopped Champion, winning the ‘Sweet Surprises’ episode of the Food Network’s “Chopped.”

Lanciani has introduced a new Line of Artisanal Ring Dings. The traditional Ring Dings may be chocolate coated cakes wrapped in cellophane by Drake’s, but in the hands of chef Lanciani, , they‘ve been reimagined as sophisticated mini mess-free cakes that require no forks.

In addition to the “Classic” Ring Ding (Chocolate with Vanilla Cream Filling), selections include Chocolate Covered Cherry, Nutella, Lemon Crème and Peanut Butter and Jelly. She has received rave reviews from Business Insider, Eater.com, NBC Live and NY1.
